The quality of the raw material is crucial for the end product. Technicians use state-of-the-art analysers to check its properties before and during the melting process. If the raw material meets the company’s high standards, it is processed – in state-of-the-art induction or electric arc furnaces.<\/p>\n

These modern melting techniques, from raw material to processing, ensure that only the highest quality stainless steel castings are produced at the Langenfeld and Pirna plants. From the raw material to the processing. Only the most innovative equipment can guarantee this quality, while at the same time conserving resources and energy.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The optimum casting depends on the selected material and the processing technology. This means that fully ready-to-use samples and small series can be produced from heat-resistant or wear-resistant material. This makes them suitable for series production in terms of use and functionality.<\/p>\n

Different moulding processes are recommended depending on the task and requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Quantities up to 150kg – mechanical molding process<\/li>\n
  • High demands on the surface quality – ceramic molding process<\/li>\n
  • Heavy weights up to 10 tons – the handmade sand casting process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
